Specialist areas

Vince specialises delivering training in education, families and management. He also hold the  Advanced Practitioner status from the Restorative Justice Council, meaning he can facilitate restorative meetings/mediate around complex issues.. He is also experienced in the creation of materials including video production.

13 years working restoratively. 10 years full time trainer in restorative practice.



Vince is a qualified secondary school science teacher which is where he started his restorative work. He then moved into youth offending service case management, working with students who were excluded from education as well as facilitating restorative justice meetings between young people who had caused harm and the harmed people in the community. He then began delivering restorative training to other professionals in this area before joining W.R.A.P. as a fulltime trainer. He is currently the training lead, working across all sectors. To date he has delivered over 500 training courses on restorative approaches making him one of the most experienced trainers globally.
