Working together

At W.R.A.P., our working relationships are grounded in restorative values. Our practice is guided by the standards set by the Restorative Justice Council, which inform our policies and procedures. All team members hold up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates and are fully insured.

Scheduling

To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly ask that you provide proposed training dates promptly (within 10 working days) once the quotation has been accepted. We will then work to confirm delivery dates as quickly as possible.

All training must be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at the start of the contract. If your requirements change during this period, please let us know as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate your needs wherever feasible.  We are unable to carry funds over indefinitely.

Cancellation Terms

We understand that, from time to time, cancellations may be unavoidable. However, in such instances, the following amounts will be payable:

Term Amount payable
Within 30 days of agreed delivery date 50%
Within 14 days of agreed delivery date 100%

Client responsibilities

  • Managers will ensure that all participants understand the purpose of the restorative approach and how it is being adopted and embedded within the setting.
  • R.A.P. is founded on the principles of participation and inclusion. We are committed to maximising involvement, and all parties are expected to work collaboratively to support this aim.
  • Please inform W.R.A.P. as early as possible of any participant’s learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs, including any request to participate through the medium of Welsh, to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made before delivery begins.
  • A risk assessment for the training venue, along with any relevant health and safety information, must be provided in advance.

W.R.A.P. responsibilities

  • Ensure that a risk assessment has been completed for the training venue, and that a specific assessment is carried out in relation to the delivery of W.R.A.P. training.
  • Please be aware that if a disclosure involving abuse or violence is made—particularly concerning child protection or the safeguarding of vulnerable adults—W.R.A.P. team members are required to report this to the designated safeguarding lead. We also may be legally obliged to refer such concerns to Social Services and/or the Police.
  • To provide a Training Feedback Report following the completion of the training.
