Governance

Our company follows restorative and co-operative principles and operates according to the Restorative Justice Council quality standards.

Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership are a Registered Service Provider; Registered Training Provider; Registered Advanced Practitioner and a Registered Restorative Organisation.

The Restorative Justice Council (RJC) is the independent professional membership body for the field of restorative practice. It provides quality assurance nationally and advocates the use of all forms of restorative practice including restorative justice.

Training standards

Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership was one of the first to achieve the Restorative Justice Council’s training quality mark as well as the service provider quality mark.

All of the bespoke training provided by W.R.A.P. adheres to the Codes of Practice, Best Practice Guidelines and National Occupational Standards laid out by the Restorative Justice Council. All key delivery staff hold the Advanced Accredited Practitioner status from the Restorative Justice Council.

We have supported other organisations, such as educational establishments and housing associations in Wales, as they worked to achieve the service provide quality mark themselves and become sector leaders in Restorative Approaches.

We are also a registered AGORED Centre, offering a range of qualifications in restorative practices and CPD accredited which allows you to contribute to your continual professional development.
